<OCTOBER 2024>

Over the decades, fitness has transformed into many VERY different-looking scenarios…
From fields + courts in organized rec. + co-ed youth sports, + all the way up to training two-a-days for competitive D II Collegiate Basketball …
To my living room floor kicking + chopping air with my high school best friend to Billy Blanks’ TAE BO on VHS at six a.m. …
…or Tony Horton's P90X on DVDs on the middle school cafeteria stage with two male teaching colleagues (27 + 63) …
...or Shawn T's Insanity program I bought off of Marketplace to lose my baby weight...
From beautiful facilities with million dollar pieces of equipment to standard commercial gyms like Planet, Anytime + Snap Fitness…
From the Y to the very own confines of a new business venture - formerly known as SOUL FUEL - to the safe space of my VERY OWN PLACE…
Fitness EVOLVES. And SO. DO. WE.
Evolution is at the heart of mankind. The WHOLE POINT in being alive is to EVOLVE into the complete person we were intended to be. Thus… EVOLVE with ELISE was born.
To lead by example has always been my mission. At 43, with over TWO decades of teaching / coaching experience, TWO C-sections, ONE shoulder + TWO knee surgeries, a long + expensive divorce under my belt, + my child’s cancer battle in the books, I’ve enough physical, mental + emotional wisdom to safely share with all who wish to listen to better the lives of those listeners.
Whether you’re rehabbing a bum limb, just pushed out a baby, or arthritic, stiff + sore, I can adapt + modify to make the workout fit you.
Versatility is my specialty, as I do NOT discriminate in personal health + fitness. If a goal is established… I have a mission.
I have trained children as young as FIVE years old, and incredibly fit 80-somethings. Middle-aged, overweight, collegiate-bound, male or female + anywhere IN BETWEEN… I love a challenge.
Bottom line - I want to be witness to people becoming healthier + happier. I don’t want my community feeling prisoner to prescription medication to treat side effects from illnesses stemming from poor diet / nutrition or lack of movement in daily living.
I want to be a beacon of light to those who suffer(ed) from any capacity of mental illness, depression or anxiety, as I’ve walked dark paths myself + know firsthand how integral fitness + nutrition are to mental + emotional wellbeing.
I want to help people attain the most unattainable goals, push past limitations, challenge what has already been established as “strong” + build a resilient, fun, empowering community.
Fitness looks however we want it to.
But at the end of the day - we must EVOLVE.
So … why not with ME?
